CHRISTMAS!!

I love Christmas! I am so ready, I am trying to talk my husband into putting our tree up tomorrow. :o) If he chooses not to am going to do it this weekend.
I plan to do some cooking for gifts this year. I am so excited to try out some new recipes I have found on the web. Tomorrow I am going to try to make Banana Butter. I think it sounds yummy!
The sad thing is that I found out that we will not be able to go to Indiana for Christmas this year. My husband's ding dong ex-wife decided that she would make the reservation on Christmas day for her daughter to come see her! She made the reservation without bothering to ask what anyone else what they had planned for the holiday. So we will be driving to and from the airport most of the day on Christmas day! Not only that, Heather will be on the airplane or at the airport for most of Christmas day too. I guess we will just have to make the most of it and not let her self absorption ruin our day. .......................................
