Location: Northwest Georgia, United States

I am 36 years old. Happily married in 2000 to a wonderful man who I met on the internet. :o) I have a step-daughter who is soon to be married. I moved from Indiana to Georgia in 2000, talk about your culture shock! I'm by no means perfect, but I am striving to be the woman God would have me to be. Proverbs 31 is my goal, but I am still a work in progress.

    What a Day!!!!

The day started off taking little Miss Holly to be spayed. I was so nervous about this because she is so timid. We think she was probably abused because of the way she cowers at things. She did really well on the short ride to the vet and wanted to sniff the whole front office area once we arrived. It was so sad leaving her there as she trustingly followed the lady to the back, not knowing what was in store for her there. The good news is she came of of surgery well and tested negative for heart worms. They did discover that she has a tapeworm, so we will have to give her medicine until that is gone. I still haven't had a chance to see her yet. Hubby and Heather took Holly home and then met me so my wonderful photographer friend Rachel could take a family picture for us. When they got here, Heather locked her keys in the car. We got the picture taken and called a locksmith who then came and unlocked the door. Heather has to bake cookies and decorate a T-shirt tonight for an assignment which she waited until the last minute. She is now at the grocery store buying the extra ingredients for the cookies. I am sitting at the office while my hubby ran home to get the office door key. He took it out of the car so I have no way of locking up the office. It's really been a good day though. Rachel and I also went to Jazzy Junction on our lunch hour and found some treasures. I found a beautiful vintage suitcase and some doilies.

The other night (the 5th to be exact) we took a cake to hubby's Aunt Gert who turned 73. Don't worry, she doesn't mind her age being told, she tells it freely. We had such a good time visiting with her and her sister. We didn't leave until 11pm!

Well I gotta go, hubby's here.

    Have a Great Weekend!!!
