I am 36 years old. Happily married in 2000 to a wonderful man who I met on the internet. :o) I have a step-daughter who is soon to be married. I moved from Indiana to Georgia in 2000, talk about your culture shock! I'm by no means perfect, but I am striving to be the woman God would have me to be. Proverbs 31 is my goal, but I am still a work in progress.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness, the other day one of my worst fears came true in Walmart! I was bending over to look at some plastic storage containers on the bottom shelf and all of a sudden, my back catches! So here I am bent over trying not to fall into the shelves, wondering what the heck I am going to do! Well I just stood there bent over and acted like I was looking at the stuff on the shelves. Every time I moved, my back would catch and every muscle in my body would tighten up. Well, I was finally able to stand up and get my cart and support myself with it. So I walked very slowly acting like I was looking at the stuff on the shelves and jerking ever so slightly on occassion when my back would catch without warning. Well I was able to pay for my stuff and walk very slowly across the parking lot to my car. Then I had to go get Heather at the Library! Well, I did ok driving except I felt every bump and turn. When I pulled into the library I heard my cell phone ring, guess where it was? In the floor on the passenger side, slid all the way to the front because my purse had dumped! Well I slowly reached for it and of course as soon as I grabbed it, it stopped ringing. It was Heather and she was leaving me a message that the library was closing and wanted to know where I was. My plan was to wait until it closed (only 5 minutes from the time I pulled in) so that I wouldn't have to try to get out of the car. Well, there was a kid in there taking extra long and she decided to stay inside as long as he did so she wouldn't have to wait outside by herself. It was 6:05 when she came out. When I explained to her what had happened she cracked up laughing. It really was funny, even at the time that it was happening. Scary and painful, but funny. :oD
