I am 36 years old. Happily married in 2000 to a wonderful man who I met on the internet. :o) I have a step-daughter who is soon to be married. I moved from Indiana to Georgia in 2000, talk about your culture shock! I'm by no means perfect, but I am striving to be the woman God would have me to be. Proverbs 31 is my goal, but I am still a work in progress.

    Happy, Happy Birthday Baby!!!

He had the day off work so he was going to take it easy and then we were going to grill steaks on the grill for supper. Well someone laid out of work so he had to go in. I think I was more bummed for him than he actually was. He said, "It's a birthday present." Meaning the overtime money which we really need. I just hated that it had to be that day. He is such an optimist. One of the many things I love about him. He had to work until 8pm so we decided to wait until today to grill out. I did go and decorate his truck at work. I used some window chalk and wrote Happy Birthday across the very top of his windshield. I got a small cooler, packed it with ice and put a big chocolate milk in it to leave in his front seat with a card. That may sound kinda cheesey, but when he gets off work he likes to drink chocolate milk. He's getting a car radio for his birthday, but I am letting him pick it out. Nothing real elaborate. Right now he has no radio or anything in his truck. That would drive me nuts!!

This picture is of my hubby, our nephew and my step-father. They, my mom & I were at Damons waiting for a table. The guys were sitting across from us looking at the pennants on the wall behind us when I snapped this picture. I think it was last year around christmas.
