Let's Talk over Coffee....

My Photo
Name:
Location: Northwest Georgia, United States

I am 36 years old. Happily married in 2000 to a wonderful man who I met on the internet. :o) I have a step-daughter who is soon to be married. I moved from Indiana to Georgia in 2000, talk about your culture shock! I'm by no means perfect, but I am striving to be the woman God would have me to be. Proverbs 31 is my goal, but I am still a work in progress.

    Pictures!!

This is what I found earlier this week when I came home and lightening had popped our phone line. I am so thankful that we were able to just change it out with a new one, the computer is fine.

Here is a picture of Lee & Gordon's Mill that we went to last weekend. It's not a very good pic, but it's the only one I got.

Inside the mill, corn being ground. I'm fascinated by stuff like this.

This is the embroidery floss that I got last weekend for $5! One box I counted 107 cards of floss. Granted not all of them are full, but a majority of them are and would go for $.25 each at Walmart. So I'm pretty happy with my bargain. :o)

This is just a picture of our bed with my bargain chenille spread. I just absolutely love it!!

Today has been a very lazy day. I've had a sinus headache and my ankle is hurting me pretty bad. Whine, whine, whine, it's not really all that bad, I'm just a wimp. I've been working on some cross stitch bookmarks today. I've also been getting my fabric ready for a Mystery Stitch Along I'm joined. You get one color a week to stitch on a pattern that only the leader knows. I did one a while back, it was fun, but hard to wait to see what your stitching. :o)

Hope y'all have had a great weekend!!!
