Names can get really confusing
A week or two ago I received and email from a friend in Indiana asking, "What do you think my husband's name, what's your name and your husband's name? I have my reasons. " Does this sound as strange to you as it does to me? Well, I obediently replyed with the answer to her questions. She emailed me back to tell me what I had written in her Christmas card. I addressed it to Chris & Rebecca, Chris is her son not her husband. Then I signed it Byron, Anthoney and Heather instead of Byron, Chrisi and Heather. For those that know the situation, this is already funny to you, for those of you who don't, here's the story.
My husband and I met on the internet. When we first started talking and exchanged first names, he gave me his middle name, Anthoney. He did this for anonymity and because he hates his first name (I love the name Byron!). It didn't take long for him to ctell me his real name but I Well, my mom and friends back home know him as Anthoney and everyone here knows him as Byron. When I write Christmas cards I try to be careful to write Byron on the ones that know him as Byron and Anthoney on the ones that know him by that. I guess I just really messed up on this one huh? I'm such a goofball!
