I moved from Indiana to Georgia in 2000, talk about your culture shock! I'm by no means perfect, but I am striving to be the woman God would have me to be. Wednesday, December 28, 2005 Nothing really interesting to say.......This is a pic of the Raggedy Ann Pillow that I made for Donna for Christmas. It was so neat to see her come to life as I finished each feature. The back of the pillow is red striped pillow ticking (I absolutely love pillow ticking!).We had a nice Christmas. We exchanged our gifts on Christmas Eve morning. On Christmas Day we drove to Manchester, TN and attended church. Heather's Papaw (on her mom's side) attends there so we left her with him. They later went to the airport to pick up Heather's mom who was flying in from Oregon. After the service we went straight home to get our food to take to Byron's mom's house for Christmas Dinner. We had a great time at his mom's. His sister from Alabama with her 2 girls and his brother & family were there. We were there until 10:00pm! I am trying to finish up my Christmas gifts that I am taking to Indiana. I put them off so that I could finish other gifts by Christmas since I wouldn't need them right away. Oh, for Christmas I got: * A Glade Oil Candle from Heather - It is wonderful! * A really nice blender (I gave several hints that I wanted one - "You know I could make __________ if I only had a blender." :o) You know, subtle hints like that. ) * Season 2 of The Waltons * A Christmas Carol - Starring Patrick Stewart (for the last 3 years I have received a different version of A Christmas Carol - I love it!)
